1. Promoter

The promotion (the “Promotion”) is organised and run by Hair Syrup Ltd (the “Promoter”).

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion opens at 00:00 (GMT) on 27 November 2025 and closes at 23:59 (GMT) on 1 December 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).

3. Eligibility

3.1 The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 or over.

3.2 Employees, contractors and immediate family members of the Promoter, and any third parties directly involved in the administration of the Promotion, are not eligible to enter.

3.3 By entering, entrants confirm that they meet these eligibility requirements and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

4. How to Enter

You may enter the Promotion in one of the following ways during the Promotion Period:

4.1 Entry with Purchase

Place an order at hairsyrup.co.uk between 27 November – 1 December 2025 (GMT) to receive one (1) automatic entry per qualifying order.

4.2 Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

Limit of one (1) free entry per person.

4.3 Entry Conditions

  • Entries submitted after the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
  • Incomplete, illegible or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.
  • Any attempt to gain additional entries using multiple identities, email addresses, or automated systems may result in disqualification.

5. Prize

5.1 Prize Overview

One (1) winner will receive a trip to Berlin for the winner and one (1) guest.

5.2 Prize Includes:

  • Return economy flights for two people departing from one of the following UK airports only: Manchester, London, Edinburgh.
  • 2-night stay for two people in January or February 2026 (exact dates subject to availability).
  • Minimum 3-star hotel accommodation on a room-only or bed & breakfast basis (as determined by the Promoter or its travel supplier).

5.3 Prize Excludes (winner’s responsibility):

  • Travel to/from UK departure airport
  • Travel insurance
  • Passports, visas or travel documentation
  • Meals (unless included within the hotel package)
  • Spending money and personal expenses
  • Any additional activities, upgrades or optional extras

5.4 Prize Conditions:

  • The Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or part of it) for an item of equal or greater value if required.
  • The winner and guest must hold valid passports and meet all travel requirements for Germany.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

6.1 One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 7–14 days of the Promotion closing.

6.2 The winner will be contacted via the email address provided at entry within 7 days of the draw.

6.3 The winner must respond within 7 days to accept the Prize and provide any required details (e.g. full names, passport information).

6.4 If the winner:

  • Does not respond within 7 days,
  • Cannot be contacted,
  • Is found to be ineligible, or
  • Declines the Prize,

The Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries.

6.5 The winner’s first name and county may be published on Hair Syrup’s website or social channels, subject to data protection requirements.

7. Returns & Cancellations

If an order that generated an entry is fully refunded or cancelled, the associated entry may be voided.
 Entries linked to orders exchanged or returned for store credit may still remain valid at the Promoter’s discretion.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

8.1 Personal data collected during the Promotion will be used solely for:

  • administering the Promotion, and
  • marketing purposes (where consent has been given).

8.3 Entrants may withdraw consent to marketing at any time using the unsubscribe link in emails or by contacting the Promoter.

9. General Conditions

9.1 The Promoter reserves the right to:

  • disqualify entrants who breach these Terms & Conditions,
  • amend or cancel the Promotion where necessary due to unforeseen circumstances,
  • verify the validity of entries and entrants.

9.2 The Promoter is not responsible for:

  • lost, delayed or misdirected entries,
  • technical failures or interruptions,
  • any loss, damage or injury arising from participation or Prize use (except where caused by the Promoter's negligence or fraud).

9.3 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any statutory rights that cannot be excluded by law.

9.4 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
